Your opinion needed; hospitality, tourism and services in Finland

Finnish country brand seems to be relatively strong; placed number eight in the Future Brand's ranking ( http://www.futurebrand.com/think/reports-studies/cbi/2010/overview/). When Canada is the most valued brand, Australia second followed by New Zealand, USA, Swiss, Japan, France and Finland.
Valuation of associations and attributes- the things that people think of when they hear a place name conclude the active decision to visit, may boost the export, value the quality, thus, may promise the premium pricing.

If we perform so well in Finland, why our tourism has not increase as other Scandinavians have, and why, in general, 6 rooms from 10 is empty in the Finnish accomondation sector?

How the Finland has been sold for the travellers? Does "Holiday packet in silent Finland", or "Exciting (Cold) Adventures" actually working?

I f you read this, please indicate for me what is your picture of us, Finland. I would like to debate this a bit.
