Share of Mind,Share of Wallet, Share of Market, does it work in statistic's terms?

Coca-Cola Chairman Roberto C. Goizueta, a Cuban immigrant who worked his way through the corporate ranks to head one of the world's best-known companies, once said the famous sentence; Share of Mind,Share of Wallet, Share of Market.
That's all you need to know about business.

He was The First person in the world who earned more holding CEO position than entreperneurs during several years, Unfortunately died in 1997.

By the way, Google has established in 1997.

Nowadays, all the Web-natives call for the "hits", the more you are in Share of Mind, the more you generate the business. Is it so ?
According to some facts, no.
Here it comes;
- the most easier to remember is a bad service. What you will do when it happens ? Google it ? Tell your friends?
- satisfied customer, does she / he always buy ? According to Walmart investigation (2008), no.
- Share of Mind may refer to loyalty, however, does it means consuming ? According to Mr. Lindström (2005, Brand Sense), "loyal" is still far from consuming.

To being thougth these facts, do the scores in Web matter enough? Sometimes satisfaction scores increase, is it everything?
Even measuring the satisfaction when the customer is happier, there may have little or no positive impact on the top line (if your top line is profit).

Your organisation may hold lots of happy customers, however, if you are not ranked to the first choice of the customer, you loose the money. Share of Mind may not be enough, even you may get recommendations, or to be liked in the Facebook term.
